Day 1

Well today I started the ABC diet... I really wanna lose the weight so let's see how this goes!
I haven't actually weighed myself today... But I know I was weighing around 140 pounds (yes... horrible for a 4'11 girl) when I started my calorie counting, around 3 weeks ago... lost 10 pounds that way... yeah cool... but I kinda binged some days and gained 3 pounds so that was sad... So I decided I wanted to lose the weight for good and take serious control over my weight! I will weigh myself first thing tommorrow morning...

Here's today's "income" lol:

Coke zero (got up late and needed some quick caffeine before rounds) = 1 cal
5 pieces California roll sushi = 123 cal
5 pieces Philadelphia roll sushi = 142 cal
1 glass totally light green tea = 0 cal
3.24 oz raw carrots with 2 tbsp lime juice = 45 cal
1 glass totally light green tea = 0 cal
2 Oats & Raisins cookies = 187 cal
10 glasses water = 0 cal
1 cup hibiscus flower tea (unsweetened) = 0 cal

Total = 498

I will probably have some more liquids later on through the night but none with calories so that's it for today's calories!

Today's weight loss tip:
Sometimes your brain mixes up thirst and hunger, so next time you feel "hungry" drink a glass of water (it's great for you and could take your so called hunger away).
